    Event Description:
    Join the South Charleston Chamber of Commerce in welcoming Santa!  Santa will be arriving by helicopter into Oakes Field.  The parade will being immediately following Santa's arrival and proceed down D Street.  Enjoy a party after the parade at The LaBelle Theatre (Punch, Cookies and Take Your Own Pictures with Santa)!  Bring the whole family!
