    Join Mayor Mullens, the South Charleston Chamber of Commerce, and the South Charleston Convention & Visitor's Bureau for the official ribbon cutting for the Appalachian Behavioral HealthCare.  Following the ribbon cutting, tours of the facility (which was the former Rock Lake Pool) will be offered until 1:00pm.
